Before you make the jump…

Properly implementing DIBS into your practice will save you time, money, and decrease the hassles of bonding, bracket re-positioning and wire bending. However, there are requirements that must be met first and a software learning curve that you’ll need to get through.

If you’re willing to have a little patience, complete our onboarding process (takes about 3 weeks), and spend the necessary time learning the software, then we know you will be extremely satisfied with DIBS.

What are the requirements?

To be eligible, there are a few requirements that you need to check before proceeding:

  • Your practice must be located in the United States or Canada.

  • You need a PC… (or Mac WITH Windows Parallels that you’re comfortable using).

  • You cannot use Windows 7. You must use Windows 8 or higher (Windows 10 preferred).

  • You must have at least 4 GB of RAM on your computer (8 GB or higher is recommended).

  • You must have at least an Intel Pentium i5 processing chip or equivalent (an i7 is preferred).

  • You need a good graphics card (if your computer has the above specs, your graphics card should be fine).

  • You must have a good internet connection in your office.

  • If you plan on approving cases at home, you must also have a good internet connection there too.

  • An intraoral scanner is required. We do not accept alginate, PVS, or stone models.

  • Your intraoral scanner must be one of the following scanners:

    • Invisalign iTero

    • Invisalign Elements

    • 3Shape Trios

    • 3M True Def

    • Sirona Cerec

    • Carestream CS 3600
